A world that works with no one left out

I haven't been writing here much :)

There has been too much clutter in my head. Events happening every now and again--I'm out almost every day of the week, caught up in work and all my Leap-related activities. I'm not saying it's bad because I thoroughly enjoy what I am doing right now. I suppose you could say I just forgot to take a breather.

Anyway, I guess that's what prompted the lack of new blog entries. I put so much energy into my activities that I have none left to write about them. I guess I just needed to slow down. Which is what I'm doing right now. I'm supposed to go to a surprise birthday party for my friend Ali but I'm staying home to rest. I need to re-energize.

I'll definitely update more frequently in the weeks to come. I want every moment of the next couple of months to be documented here. It's going to be an interesting summer. :)

The Leap 36 Orientation was last Tuesday and I hosted the event with TJ! Hahaha tang ina that was a first for me! Before Leap, I never would've ventured into hosting. Wahaha

We already have around 20+ students enrolled and I've started to pre-coach some of them. It has been really overwhelming. I just can't put into words the exact emotion I am feeling every time I say something that would cause that sudden change of expression in I and B. As in you know you just managed to ignite something in them--a spark of hope, a sudden burst of clarity, a sense of purpose perhaps? Basta ang galing!!! :)

If anyone is interested in taking the leadership workshop I am talking about, we have a scheduled Foundations of Leadership Excellence (FLEX) Workshop this coming weekend, April 5 to 7. It'll be a small group this weekend so this will definitely enable you to really make the most out of the weekend that is devoted to your personal growth :)

Venue is at the 5th floor of Emerald Building, Emerald Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The workshop will start at 9am. :)

Damage is P6,000 but you may re-audit the seminar whenever you want. And I guarantee you won't regret shelling out money once you've taken these workshops. They are life-changing, I tell you. I can vouch for it. :) FLEX is the first part of a Leadership Trilogy Program conducted by the Organizational Change Consultants International (OCCI). To learn more about OCCI and their vision (see my entry title), click here.

Hope to see some of you tomorrow!
